Assessment Centres
Many employers run extended selection procedures in addition to the traditional interview process. Assessment centres are used to give employers the opportunity to see you in different situations over a period of time (lasting from one to two days). They will normally include a variety of elements such as information sessions, group discussions/exercises and tests. (reference books available; see below careers resources)
